Doug Matthews provides full leadership responsibility to drive Career Partners International’s brand visibility both nationally and globally in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan. In this role, Doug oversees the functions of partner services, technology, program management, marketing, and sales in order to best serve global partners and their local markets.

Building on Career Partners International’s unique strengths, Doug works to grow global market share and competitive differentiation of our best-in-class services. Sharon Imperiale is the President of Career Concepts. Career Concepts, founded in 1988, is one of the Philadelphia region’s largest management consulting firms specializing in career transition, executive search, human resource consulting, executive coaching and leadership development.

Prior to Career Concepts, Sharon held executive positions with Aetna and Prudential Financial leading the start-up and integration of large customer service operations. During her tenure with Prudential, Sharon led the human resource, organizational development and training efforts for a large Mid-Atlantic business unit of 8500 employees. Elaine Varelas is Managing Partner of Keystone Partners, a founding member of Career Partners International. She has over 20 years experience in career consulting, executive development and coaching, and has worked with executive management teams to improve organizational effectiveness. Elaine has expertise in resolving complex career management issues, including workforce planning, redeployment and multi-site restructurings. Elaine’s experience spans Fortune 500 companies, start-up ventures and not-for-profit organizations.

Elaine served as Director of Career Services at Stonehill College where she was a member of the faculty, and in Career Planning and Placement at the Boston University School of Management. Elaine frequently addresses professional associations and has achieved widespread recognition for her expertise and insight on career matters, including two monthly columns featured in the Boston Globe and on Boston.com advising job seekers and HR professionals on career, management and human capital issues. Larry Fisher has more than 10 years of experience helping clients navigate change successfully and previously served in a variety of consulting positions focused on leadership and new business development. He has expertise in performance improvement and organizational change and is responsible for leading the global sales effort of The Ayers Group to insure the highest level of client service across their full suite of career transition, executive coaching and development solutions. Contact Larry Fisher.

Terry is President and Managing Partner of Carswell Partners, the London, Canada office of Career Partners International. In addition to overall leadership of the firm, he leads the development practice area, which includes coaching and training and development solutions. Terry is knowledgeable and has tremendous experience in both the public and private sectors. Serving as a professional coach to many senior officers, Terry is proficient with the delivery of quality best practices that pertain to key employee assessments, retention, development and transition. With a passion for seeing people succeed coupled with a solid business acumen and rigorous academic training, he helps individuals and organizations realize their full potential.

Robert Newland is a socially conscious entrepreneur and consultant. He is the Market President of the Florida Caribbean Region and Chair of the Career Partners International Global Research Institute. Robert has been a member of the Board of Governors and Region Leader for Latin America.

Robert is a certified M&A Advisor, Business, Executive and Career coach. His work is focused on driving business goals through research-based strategic activities in executive assessment, talent management and selection, utilizing his business acumen and critical thinking skills to help clients drive organization performance.

He graduated Cum Laude from Sacred Heart University and attended Harvard Business School and Pepperdine University for executive education programs. He has received various recognitions from his alma mater, the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Metro Orlando among others. Contact Robert Newland.

Lynne Hardman is CEO of Working Transitions, the United Kingdom’s leading transition specialist offering a range of tailored support services in Outplacement, Onboarding, Redeployment, Change and Coaching. In addition to her strategic leadership of the business, Lynne is also responsible for the Executive Transitions practice and leads a team of consultants delivering specialist talent management services to senior leaders.

Lynne has a significant track record in executive search, sales leadership, service development and innovation, business growth and start up. In her early career she worked in the media sector supporting blue chip clients with global campaigns. Prior to joining Working Transitions she was a UK board member at two leading global recruitment firms where, during a twenty year career, she led the substantial growth of international teams and was responsible for business units with turnover in excess of £200m.

Lynne is a frequent contributor to industry journals and online forums and has spoken at many career related events. Anthony Raja Devadoss has worked in both India and Malaysia, providing leadership in roles ranging from technical to the Chief Executive Officer. He holds membership in various local and international associations, providing leadership as the Head of Policy Enablement & Government Liaison with Outsourcing Malaysia, a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Graduate School of Business. In addition, he has been appointed to the Human Resources Capacity Building task force by the Ministry of Human Resources with the Government of Malaysia. Diane Miller has been certified as a Public Company Director through the Director Certification Program at UCLA, holds a current Certificate of Director Education from NACD as well as their Master Class and Board Leadership Fellow designations, and is a member of Women Corporate Directors. John Burke oversees the Texas-Louisiana region of Career Partners International. He brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations leadership to this role. His focus is on building relationships with companies headquartered in Houston, as well as national and global organizations.
