Under the direction of Mullikin, Career Partners International – Kansas City will expand and enhance its outplacement and leadership consulting services while adding staffing and search capabilities. Career Partners International approved the leadership change March 5th at its Annual Global Meeting in Miami.

Mullikin has a strong and successful track record in career transition as well as leadership development in Kansas City and across much of the United States.  He grew CSG Partners to become part of Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), a global career transition organization, and then led the Kansas City office and nine additional regional offices. Mullikin acquired Career Partners International – Colorado in 2013 and the Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence in 2014. Janice Pinson was named as market president, bringing Big 4 consulting, Fortune 500, transportation, minerals and higher education experience to her long list of business accomplishments.  She will lead the firm’s overall strategy and growth.

Mindy Wetmore was named senior vice president of business development.  Her strong sales and consulting background includes serving as an Adecco branch manager, LHH coach and consultant as well as a B.E. Smith recruiter.
