Brian has been a well respected force in the Tri-state region and is known for his operations and sales leadership skills. Brian has a BS in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University and an MBA in Economics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Joan Caruso joined The Ayers Group as Managing Director, Executive Coaching & Development in 2000. Prior to this, she ran a consultancy providing services in executive coaching, mentoring, leadership and executive development. During this time she was also an adjunct faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership. Before establishing a consultancy, Joan held senior human resource management positions with several leading organizations including Union Carbide, Chase Manhattan Bank and CIBC.
Jennifer Dwyer is the Leadership Development Manager at BASF Corp. As part of the Talent Management Team, she is responsible for the Leadership Development programs and Executive Coaching in North America. She has 15 years of experience in Organizational and Leadership Development at global corporations, such as Citigroup and KPMG. Jennifer graduated from Columbia University, Teachers College with a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology.
