Expert Panelists & Moderator
Pam Wilson is the Vice President Client Relationships of Career Partners International - Chicago/Kensington International. In her current role, Pam develops and manages client account relationships, and provides those clients with strategic solutions in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, executive coaching, team development and career transition. Prior to joining Kensington International, Pam worked for Resources Global Professionals and Deloitte. Her experience includes recruiting, auditing and client development. Pam has an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and Strategic Management from University of Illinois at Chicago and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign. She has had leadership roles and been active in a number of professional and volunteer organizations including the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), Ronald McDonald Charities, Naperville Community School District #203 and St. Raphael Church.
Ron Strieker joined CPI-Atlanta/CMI, International in 2001 and is presently the Managing Partner and Practice Leader of talent management and executive coaching. Prior to joining CMI, Ron was the Director of Executive Development for Travelers Insurance, a member of Citigroup and earlier the Chief Human Resources Officer for a large health system in upstate New York. Since 1982, Ron has acted as a senior member of the executive team as the human resources officer, internal and external consultant, executive coach and educator for both private and public sectors. He has worked throughout the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, Brazil and Japan and has traveled extensively throughout the world.
Niall Mulkeen serves as Vice President of Human Resources for J.M. Huber Corp. where he has worked for the past thirteen years. Prior to his current role, Niall was vice president Human Resources and ethics officer for Huber Engineered Woods, LLC. Niall has more than 25 years of human resources and labor relations experience gained from working with global manufacturing companies, both union and non-union. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and served in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
Barbara Bowes is President of Legacy Bowes Group, the Winnipeg office of CPI, and is a leading and most respected Canadian authority on human Resources and executive search. She is a Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRP–Fellow), a Certified Management Consultant, (CMC), a Certified Coach Practitioner and holds a Master of Administration in Education. Barbara is also certified in a number of human resource and proprietary operational strategies and is a Ph.D. candidate. Barbara is a weekly newspaper columnist, host of a weekly radio show and author of five books. Her most recent book, “Taming the Workplace Tiger: Powering Your Career to a Roaring Success” reached the Amazon best seller list. Another newly revised book, “Resume Rescue” continues to be popular with readers. Barbara is a popular guest speaker and workshop leader and has earned the professional level in the Canadian National Speakers Association (CAPS). She is known as a motivational speaker who can engage a variety of audiences. She speaks on human resources, personal motivation and career management topics. Finally, Barbara is the 2011 Visionary Leader award winner from the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba.
