Barbara Bowes is the President of Career Partners International - Winnipeg/Legacy Bowes Group. Barbara is also a weekly newspaper columnist, a weekly radio show host and the author of five books. Kevin J. Copestick, SPHR is the Director of Member Exchange Programs for the Institute for Corporate Productivity. With over 30 years of applied leadership in the human capital field, Kevin has previously served as the Director of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness at a multi-national energy company. He is also the co-designer of the Focused Leadership Development Institute and has given multiple presentations on Executive and Leadership Development and Integrated Talent Management. Kevin is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a former advisor on HRI and i4cp Advisory Boards.
Charles B. Young joined h.h.gregg in January 2008 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. He previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources Store Operations and Supply Chain for the Search Holding company. Charles also has experience as the Vice President of Human Resources for Search Retail Stores and the Director of Human Resources while working for Sears.
Mark McNulty is the President of Career Partners International - Indianapolis/HR Dimensions. He has more than 25 years of executive management experience in all functional areas of organizations. Mark has an English degree from Purdue University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in Personal and Industrial Relations from the Indiana University School of Business.
