Career Partners International, Twin Cities Hires Vice President of Client Relationships

Career Partners International, Twin Cities recently hired Margo O’Dell as its Vice President of Client Relationships. O’Dell oversees client relations and strategic business development.

Patricia Berg, CEO, said, “We are pleased to have Margo as part of our team.  She has a passion for understanding the needs of clients and providing solutions that outperform expectations, align with business goals, and drive results.”

O’Dell is a versatile business executive.   Her career includes business development for Learning International (now AchieveGlobal), small business ownership, career transition training and consulting and fund development for non-profit organizations. She holds a BA in Psychology, with honors, from the University of Minnesota and has been an internationally recognized performing artist.

O’Dell said, “I am thrilled to have joined CPI Twin Cities. I believe in this organization’s mission and goals, and am excited to be part of its leadership team.”
