Description

According to the National Institute of Health, 75% of working adults report the most stressful aspect of their job is their immediate boss. Additionally, problems at work are more strongly associated with health complaints than any other stressor. This level of workplace stress isn't just hurting employees. The World Health Organization estimates that stress costs American businesses $300 billion per year due to rising insurance and health care costs.

In this session, we will explore the behaviors and managerial practices that may result in leaders being deemed insufferable, as well as identify what can be done to prevent leaders from draining the company's bottom line.
