This internationally recognised course enables delegates to develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a qualified Assessor in a range of typical Assessment Centre exercises.

This course is run as a two day course, involving 2 hours of pre-work and overnight work and a high level of delegate participation.

Designed for:

Management and non-managment staff, particularly HR staff, who wish to become an Assessor on an Assessment or Development Centre. This course is suitable for absolute beginners, those who have limited experience in assessing or those who just want to brush up on their skills and techniques. It is not aimed at those who wish to design Assessment and Development Centres or Exercises (who should attend the Centre Design and Management Course).

  • Explain the key principles of Assessment and Development Centres
  • Recognise the relevance of competencies and explain how they manifest themselves in different Assessment Centre exercises
  • Demonstrate their understanding of competencies and recognise appropriate positive and negative behavioural indicators
  • Demonstrate their ability to complete the Behavioural Assessment Process effectively for a variety of exercises
  • Prepare and present their candidate data in accurate behavioural terms, supported by relevant examples

The course aims to achieve a balance between theory and practice, so delegates complete and mark Assessment Centre exercises on each day of the course.

To register contact or call +971-4390-2778 for a booking form. In-house courses available for groups of 6 or more.

Cost: AED 5,000 (AED 9,000 if combined with Centre Design & Management Course)
