Who Should Participate? The Leader’s Edge is designed for Director to C-Level leaders who are ready to engage in a highly participative, fun leadership development experience to achieve their next level of effectiveness. Participants will include CPI Twin Cities’ Executive Forum group, along with others from a wide variety of industries and job functions, from Finance to HR, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and more.

Sessions include presentation and learning activities, along with discussion of real-world challenges and opportunities to apply learning on the job.

One of her research and presentation specialties is managing across generations. She is co-author of the book, Work With Me: A New Lens on Leading the Multigenerational Workforce. Before joining CPI, Debby was Sr. Consultant in Leadership Development for Personnel Decisions International (PDI), and she is currently on the faculty of St. Catherine University’s Leadership Institute.
