It is inevitable, as a manager, you will have to face conflict in the workplace. It is also a fact that most people wish to avoid conflict. Ranging from the positive aspects of conflict to the negative encounters, in this brief presentation, you will learn:

• Why we fear negative encounters and the down side of avoidance and procrastination.

• Conflict must be recognized as a natural component of any organization and the manager’s role in dealing with people.

• Somewhere between fight or flight, how do you deal with conflict?
