How can organizations help every employee personally succeed and also have a positive business impact? How does your workforce view their employment, as lifetime employment or lifetime employability? Companies who help their workforce have a mindset of lifetime employability impact the organization’s business strategy. Organizations can create a culture that encourages a shared approach to learning across all levels of the organization and develop learning initiatives that promote team work, leadership and growth. Barbara will share best practices of organizations who create comprehensive – enterprise wide career development initiatives from hiring to exiting employees. Ownership and accountability and attraction and retention of key talent prevail across organizations when there is a sustainable company-wide learning initiative.
