Denver, CO (PRWEB) August 14, 2012: Resnik Partners (RP), a Denver-based leadership development, executive coaching and career transition firm that provides services to Fortune 1000 companies worldwide, is pleased to announce that its Managing Partner, Helen Oesterle Resnik, was recently nominated for the Denver Business Journal’s 2012 Outstanding Women in Business Award.
Each year, the Denver Business Journal honors the most influential businesswomen of Denver, recognizing women in eleven industry categories who exemplify leadership and community service.
Resnik was nominated for the Award based on her caring, personal, and client-centered approach to executive coaching and leadership development, known as the Resnik Experience. The Resnik Experience came out of her, 25 years of professional leadership, including her role as founder of the leadership develop practice at Resnik Partners 16 years ago. Her commitment to the community also makes her a prime candidate for the award. She serves on the board for Rocky Mountain HR People & Strategy (RMHRPS) and as Vice-Chair for the Dress for Success Denver Board of Directors.
“I am thrilled to have been nominated as one of the 2012 Outstanding Women in Business,” said Resnik. “It’s truly an honor to be in the company of the exceptional business women of Colorado who have been selected for this award.”
Resnik, an expert in executive coaching and leadership development, holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and advanced Executive Coaching Training from the Leadership Institute of Seattle. Resnik’s leadership continues to contribute to the success and global reach of both Resnik Partners and Career Partners International.
“Helen led the way in creating several leadership development offerings that have helped some of our top clients create a more engaging and productive environment so they could achieve their corporate objectives,” said David P. Hemmer, President and CEO of Career Partners International. “She’s a selfless leader who recognizes others, doesn’t hesitate to give, and constantly contributes to her local and global communities.”
As a nominee, Resnik joins prominent Colorado businesswomen from a wide range of disciplines and industry sectors. Award winners will be named during the annual Outstanding Women in Business luncheon on August 16 at the Marriott City Center. The Denver Business Journal will issue a special publication showcasing the finalists and winners on August 26.
