The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals Hosts Diane D. Miller to Speak at 67th National Conference


Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) July 11, 2013 - Diane D. Miller, President and CEO of Wilcox Miller & Nelson, the Sacramento office of Career Partners International, will be a panelist at The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals’ 67th National Conference. Miller will present on behalf of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). The discussion about the “Corporate Secretary and Resourcing the Board of the Future” will be held on July 13, 2013. 

The National Conference, Governance Wired, offers an extensive program, including 30 breakout sessions on a wide variety of topics. In addition to Diane Miller, speakers include Alaska Air Chairman Bill Ayer, Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Myron T. Steele, and a variety of other experts. All sessions are designed for governance professionals at public companies of all sizes, as well as private and nonprofit entities.
