Outplacement Participants Rank Career Partners International as Outstanding in Recent Survey

Outplacement participants of Career Partners International, a leading global provider of outplacement, career transition, executive coaching and other talent management services, continue to rate the firm’s service quality as outstanding.

Through a recent survey, 99% of program participants reported that Career Partners International’s outplacement services either exceeded or met their expectations. In the same survey, participants awarded an outstanding Net Promoter Score (NPS)® of +73 to the firm, which is well above the NPS® bar for excellence of +50. The NPS® utilized by Career Partners International was created by the Net Promoter Community® as a method to determine how likely individuals would be to recommend the services of a company.

The global firm focuses on identifying the individual needs of participants and carries the lowest participant-to-consultant ratio in the industry to assist participants in identifying and reaching career trajectories during their transitions.
