Terry is President and Managing Partner of Ahria Consulting, the London, Canada office of Career Partners International. In addition to overall leadership of the firm, he leads the development practice area, which includes coaching and training and development solutions. Terry is knowledgeable and has tremendous experience in both the public and private sectors. Serving as a professional coach to many senior officers, Terry is proficient with the delivery of quality best practices that pertain to key employee assessments, retention, development and transition. With a passion for seeing people succeed coupled with a solid business acumen and rigorous academic training, he helps individuals and organizations realize their full potential. Luke assists CPI’s Partners and clients by providing administrative support, information, and reports. Luke’s expertise lies in his critical analysis, problem-solving skills, and database management. He is a graduate of Denison University with a B.A. in Political Science, and minors in History and Arabic. Luke assists with meeting coordination, including GotoMeetings and webinars, the annual General Meeting, and the North American Regional Meeting.
