We have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing and administering support mechanisms and process flows that enable best outcomes for the solutions our Partner Firms deliver in their markets.   This role enables you to showcase your capabilities in web and database technology platforms, process design, agile thinking, and client relations. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both project coordination and support of technology and people-based systems.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Developing new mechanisms to support programs within the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Creating and managing long-term goals.
  • Developing budgets and operating plans for program and client support initiatives.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, supporting our industry leading Net Promoter Score of +78
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
  • Working on strategy with the marketing and technology teams.

Utilizing a custom created web application developed using SQL, Visual Basic, Microsoft IIS, and reporting services to:

  • Work with clients (both internal and external) and IT to understand and promote the use of new technology solutions and methods to improve business processes, efficiency, effectiveness, and value delivered.
  • Utilize our custom business application to develop portals, add and edit content, logos and colors, and translations
  • Create Excel pivot tables, formulas, and macros to produce easy to use custom reports for stakeholders
  • Provide synchronous and asynchronous training and support to end users

Project Coordinator Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Proven experience in project coordination with excellent presentation skills, attention to detail and organization
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience interfacing with clients with strong professional verbal and written communication skills and client first mindset
  • Experience using computers and web based/database systems for a variety of applications
  • Exceptional skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, including Excel macros, formulas, and pivot tables
  • Experience with basic HTML creation a must
  • Experience with Visual Basic, Microsoft IIS, Reporting Services, or SQL database administration a plus
  • Experience with editing marketing, audio/video using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro and Photoshop) a plus
