Chalmers Brothers is a best-selling author, speaker, trainer and certified personal coach. His work with Ratliff & Taylor expands capability in the areas of accountability and the role of communication in driving results. As a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach, Chalmers specializes in leadership development, personal growth, culture change, workplace productivity and teamwork, and relationship/trust building. Chalmers’ best-selling book “Language and the Pursuit of Happiness: A New Foundation for Designing Your Life, Your Relationships and Your Results” (2005) has been adopted for use by Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program; George Mason University’s University Life Training program; Harley-Davidson; NASA / Goddard Space Center’s Leadership Alchemy course; and The Newfield Network’s Professional Coach Certification Programs in the US, Europe and Asia. His 2015 book “Language and the Pursuit of Leadership Excellence: How Extraordinary Leaders Build Relationships, Shape Culture and Drive Breakthrough Results”, provides a powerful organizational blueprint and set of proven, practical tools for leaders at all levels. His career began at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). He is former chairman of a Vistage CEO advisory board and has given several TED Talks. Chalmers has his undergraduate degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and completed his graduate studies in business administration at Louisiana State University.
Alison Arkin joins the team with a unique combination of skills in Talent Management, Executive Leadership and Healthcare Operations. Alison advises executives on how to anchor complex initiatives through Serving Leadership and sound change management. As Director of Strategic Initiatives for Human Resources at Cleveland Clinic, Alison managed succession planning, performance management systems and organizational effectiveness. Prior to relocating to Cleveland, Alison served as Vice President of Clinical Services for a multi-state healthcare company in California where she led clinical operations and the home health care division. Alison is a Certified Serving Leader Advisor and an Adult Leadership Maturity Framework Coach. She is trained in Hogan Personality Assessments and is studying at The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland for her professional coaching certification. Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree from Boston University.
Chuck Morgan complements the team with Human Resources advisory and leadership experience in global professional services and publically held companies. He provides organizations with consulting services that include executive coaching, leadership development, HR strategic planning, HR transformations and HR process improvement. Chuck’s prior experience includes HR functional and leadership roles with Ernst & Young and Eli Lilly at the domestic and global levels with membership in executive committees and regional management committees. Chuck has a MBA from University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. He has a coaching certification from Ernst & Young’s externally recognized program and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
