With their leadership, our passionate professionals around the world bring local experts and a global reach to our clients, helping them to improve profits and productivity through their people.
David P. Hemmer, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dave is responsible for ensuring that Career Partners International seamlessly delivers the highest quality services to our clients around the world. He oversees the daily operations of our staff and works with all divisions and the Board of Managers to accomplish the work of the organization.
Sue Rowley, Global Vice President, Technology
Sue supports Career Partners International's business strategies to effectively deliver the technology required by our organization's internal and client needs. She leads all work on our technology platforms, including CandTrak®, CareerPartner24x7™, and SkillSoft.
Kim Mills, Global Vice President, Marketing
Kim leads Career Partners International's initiatives in marketing and product development in the talent management arena. She is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy to support the Career Partners International brand.
Michael D. McKee, Vice President, Marketing Division
Mike is Managing Partner of Career Partners International - Houston and CEO of The McKee Group, a division of CPI Houston, providing executive coaching and career transition services to "C" level executives. Leading the overall operations and business development for the firm, Mike is a strategic business planner and implementer who enables clients to achieve their organizational and professional career goals.
Geoff Officer, APAC Region Leader
Geoff is the Managing Director of The Donington Group, the Sydeny office of Career Partners International. He is an internationally experienced executive in HR and a pioneer in the career management, career transition and outplacement industry in Australia and New Zealand. Geoff's expertise in executive coaching, organisational & leadership development, change management and culture change has positioned him as an acknowledged specialist in major employment change events. Geoff has an Executive MBA from University of Technology, Sydney.
Terry Gillis, Canada Region Leader
Terry Gillis, M.A.Sc., M.B.A. is Managing Partner of Carswell Partners Inc. Terry is knowledgeable and has valuable experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a professional coach to the most senior of officers and proficient with the delivery of quality best practices that pertain to key employee assessment, retention, development and transition.
Rayann Burnham, Executive Administrator/Meeting Planner
Rayann is the executive administrator to Dave Hemmer. She also plans and is the onsite coordinator for CPI’s annual and quarterly meetings held around the world. Rayann is the key liaison to new partners as they join CPI and learn about the extensive benefits available to them.
Susan Henson, Bookkeeping/Administrative Assistant
Susan handles all of the bookkeeping for Career Partners International, oversees and coordinates Enrichment Webinars, presents weekly training for CareerPartner24x7™ for participants, and provides second-level support for the technology platform.
Rosalie Hoffmann, Project Coordinator
Rosalie coordinates the daily operations of Retirement Options, supporting our certified retail coaches and coordinating the coach certification process. She also coordinates the New Horizon Training and Certification, as well as RiseSmart projects with our international partners. Rosalie supports various projects as needed for technology and administration.
Sam Stupak, Social Media Specialist/Marketing Assistant
Sam supports the Career Partners International Social Media strategy to develop the online presence of Career Partners International and its partners, including coordinating the development of our Partner Educational Webinars. She also assists with various marketing activities and initiatives.
