Michel serves as the Region Leader for Canada, helping to align and support the mission of CPI.  Michel is also the Practice Leader for Lefebvre & Fortier, the Quebec City office for CPI, which focuses on career transition, executive search, assessment, executive onboarding, and executive coaching.   With over 15 years’ experience in management, both as entrepreneur and consultant, Michel has led multiple projects in small to large scale industries including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, construction, and manufacturing. Nada Norval, US Region Leader

Nada NorvalNada serves as the US Region Leader, ensuring the region is aligned and supporting the mission of Career Partners International.  Nada Norval is Senior Vice President of Ratliff & Taylor and leads the Career Transition practice where she and the certified team of coaches provide consulting to C-level and senior executives, middle management, professional and non-exempt candidates.  She has managed career transition centers; presented professional development seminars on job search strategies, networking, interviewing, negotiations and technology; and regularly speaks on retirement options. She is a leader within Career Partners International (CPI) where she helps influence and shape the direction of Career Transition services globally. Luke Johnson, Administrative Project Manager

Susan Henson

Luke assists CPI’s Partners and clients by providing administrative support, information, and reports. Luke’s expertise lies in his critical analysis, problem-solving skills, and database management. He is a graduate of Denison University with a B.A. in Political Science, and minors in History and Arabic. Luke assists with meeting coordination, including GotoMeetings and webinars, the annual General Meeting, and the North American Regional Meeting. Corine Neal

Corine manages and coordinates the daily operations of Retirement Options, the leader in retirement coaching certifications and retirement readiness assessments. She also coordinates the coach certification process and supports Retirement Options' certified coaches. In addition to her Retirement Options duties, Corine oversees internal training and certification processes for Career Partners International's New Horizons®, Manager As Coach Learning Series® and Create Your Career GPS™.
